SUMMARY

When the savagely mutilated body of a teenage girl is discovered, the small town is plunged into a state of terror. The newly elected Mayor scrambles to create a Neighborhood Watch, desperate to calm the growing hysteria. But as the gruesome murders continue, Sheriff Weaver struggles to catch the killer, and the town spirals into panic. Sensing a darkness that goes beyond simple murder, Kelly, the Sheriff’s daughter, becomes obsessed with uncovering the killer’s twisted motives.
